Here in Elegance, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. That is why we offer a simple 30-day return policy from the moment you receive your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you will have 30 days to return the merchandise, unworn and with all its tags still attached to get a refund.

We want to inform you that exchanges are allowed by our company policies. There is also the possibility to receive the product you wish to return and offer you store credit for the total amount of the product, so you can place another order, with the model and size that best fit your needs. If you are not interested in making an exchange or purchasing a different garment, we could start the process to make you a refund. All these options could be applied if the following criteria are met:

All returns are subject to a quality control process by our warehouse.

To earn the right to make a return, all products must be received by our warehouse within 30 days after the original delivery is made and meet the following criteria:

  • Products must be unworn, with all their tags still attached, and shipped back in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of marks and scents. We kindly suggest not to use perfume or deodorant when trying on the girdle.
  • For health reasons, we ask you to use underwear when trying on our girdles. Remember, it is a piece of underwear. Any garment, if worn or dirty, will not be eligible for return and it will be shipped back to you.
  • Even though it is not required, we recommend you return the products using a prepaid return label that will be sent to you by our customer service department. Our warehouse must confirm the reception of the product beforehand so the return or exchange can be processed. This process will be carried once under Elegance discretion.
  • For international orders, all international shipping fees must be paid by the customer. International shipping is not refundable.
  • All return and exchange processes take 7-to-14 days from the moment the product arrives at our warehouse. Unclaimed exchanges and orders will be reimbursed through an optional credit store.
  • Shipping expenses are not refundable. Please keep in mind that it might take up to a full billing cycle before you see any refunds reflected on your account. If the product doesn’t comply with the aforementioned conditions will be subject to additional fees (up to 50% of the original price)
  • In case you receive a damaged or defective product, or mistakenly receive a different product, please contact us immediately.
  • Unclaimed products delivered to our warehouse will be subject to a 10% re-stock fee.
  • NOTE: Keep in mind that some garments are considered “FINAL SALE” (Bras, panties and some of our girdles, please contact our Customer Service team for more information). These products do not qualify for returns or exchanges. Products on sale – PROMO – are also considered final sale.

  • Coupons are not valid for products on sale.

RETURNING A PRODUCT

Before returning a product, make sure the product complies with the aforementioned conditions. Remember to share with us at our e-mail: llcelegance1@gmail.com your order number and images (private area, tags, whole product: back and front) of the purchased product you wish to return.
